Our salon is home to independent artists. This means our artists own and operate their own business and work for themselves! We believe in our artists and strive to offer continued education and resources to keep them in-the-know on all the latest trends.
Welcome to The Beauty Bar! I'm Samantha Turley and I'm the proud owner of this salon. I've been in this industry for 18 years! I have had the privilege of owning 3 salons. I am so fortunate to work with these 6 talented individuals who I feel God has uniquely led me to.
I have an amazingly supportive husband and we have two beautiful daughters Olivia and Chloe. Life is good, and I'm grateful to be living this journey.

Haley
I'm Haley! I've been coloring, cutting, and styling hair for the past 17 years in the Baxter Springs area. I became a certified lash artist 8 years ago and enjoy creating natural looking lashes for my clients.
My favorite service behind the chair would be creative colors, bright colors, and funky cuts! My services include, lash extensions, hair coloring, hair cutting, and facial waxing.
When not in the salon, my husband, Derek, and I are raising our two beautiful daughters, Demi and Dotti. I also have a fun side hustle, creating polymer clay earrings.
I work Tuesday through Friday, and always welcome new clients!
Tina
My name is Tina Leamon. I am seasoned cosmetologist with over 23 years of experience in the hair industry. A graduate of Hair Dynamics Cosmetology School in Fort Collins, Colorado and have been working in Baxter for the last 10 years. I have dedicated my career to mastering all aspects of cosmetology, in doing this I bring beauty and confidence to my clients.
My services that I offer are women, men, children haircuts and styling, hair coloring, conditioning treatments, facial waxing and specializing in perms.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am a devoted wife and mother of two. In my spare time, I am an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and cultures. My love for animals and the outdoors often guides my travel destinations, as I find peace and inspiration in nature's beauty.

Hey, I’m Hunter! I’ve been a Baxter Lion my entire life. Doing hair has been my career choice since I was 2 years old & I’m blessed to say that I’ve been living my dream for 9 years! Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to 3 awesome kids and spend most of my time at a ball field/ gym. In the summer you can find us spending our free time by the water. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Beauty Bar team and am so grateful to all of my clients that allow me to thrive in this small hometown of mine.

Hi! My name is Andrea Fanoele. I have been a licensed nail technician for 19 years and the last 4 I have been fortunate enough to be at the Beauty Bar. I was born and raised in Baxter Springs KS and currently live here with my husband Robert and 3 kids Noah, Bentley, and Philomena. When I’m not working, I enjoy every minute I can get with my family, a good book, or a nice retail therapy trip! 🩷

My name is Grace Leal and I have been in the hair industry for three years now and have loved every second of it! I am married to my amazing husband and together we live here in Baxter Springs with our crazy dog, Tag! I have lived in Baxter Springs my whole life and have grown to know the majority of the faces in this town. Working in my hometown was never part of my original plan, but I couldn’t imagine my life or business being any where else. I’m so very grateful to have such a wonderful team to work with and an even better clientele! I can’t wait to see what the future years bring for me in this industry and can’t wait to meet more people along the way!

Ashlee
With 13 years of experience, Ashlee has continued to excel in her career. After graduating from Paul Mitchell, she took a leap of faith and moved to Vegas where she worked at Kaya Beauty for 4 years.
She then relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, and worked for Lunatic Fringe for two years. After honing in and perfecting her craft, Ashlee started Salon Blaq in Driggs, Idaho. This is where she built, and ran a tight-knit and booming salon for 7 1/2 years.
Ashlee met her husband, and as a family, they made the decision to move back to his hometown. Ashlee is excited to now offer her talents at the Beauty Bar.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling or rescheduling appointments must be done 24 hours in advance. Same day or less than 24 hours for canceling or rescheduling may be charged a 50% of the service amount. No shows may be charged 100% of the service amount. 15 minutes or more late will be canceled and considered a no-show and will be charged the no-show fee.

What is an Independent Stylist?
Our salon is home to independent artists. This means our artists own their own and operate their own business and work for themselves! They rent a chair in our salon and are responsible for managing their own appointments, payments, questions, comments and concerns. Our salon is simply the place they operate.
What if I want to try another Stylist?
We can guarantee that no artist will be offended if you want to try somebody new. This is a laid back environment! We all have our specialties and favorite services to perform. It is not uncommon for artists to refer their guests to other artists in the salon if it doesn’t feel like a good match. We take no offense and are more concerned about helping you achieve the hair of your dreams!
How do I cancel my appointment?
You must reach out to your artist directly in order to cancel your appointment. Since our artists are independent artists we do not have access to their bookings. We cannot cancel a reservation for you. Be sure to reach out to your stylist directly in order to cancel your appointment. All artist contact info can be found on their artist profiles clearly listed at the top of each page.
